The Library has five meeting rooms, of varying sizes, available for public reservation.
Study Rooms- located in the library itself, these two rooms can each accommodate a small group of up to 4 people. No food is allowed and the rooms can only be used during Library open hours for a maximum of 2 hours per day. Fees may apply. Call the Library at 503-682-2744 to reserve this room.
Phila Simmons Room - located in the library itself, this room accommodates a small group of up to 10 people. No food is allowed and the room can only be used during Library open hours for a maximum of 2 hours per day. Fees may apply. Call the Library at 503-682-2744 to reserve this room.
Rose Room - can hold a maximum of 50 people, and has whiteboards and a built-in screen. The Rose Room is located in the lobby of the library and not restricted to Library open hours for use. Fees apply. To reserve this room, call Andrea Erickson at 503-570-1593.
Oak Room - can hold a maximum of 190 people, has both whiteboards and a built-in screen, and may be divided into 2 areas that can be rented separately. The Oak Room is located in the lobby of the library and not restricted to Library open hours for use. Fees apply. To reserve this room, call Andrea Erickson at 503-570-1593.

Meeting rooms may be reserved for civic, educational, or cultural purposes. Use of the meeting rooms by a group does not imply the library's endorsement of a group's policies or beliefs.
