Notary Public

Several Library staff are authorized to serve as Notary Publics, and every effort is made to have a staff person available to provide this service during open hours. However, we recommend that you call us, in advance, to make an appointment . Please contact the Reference Desk at 503-682-2744 or via email, wvref@lincc.org. We currently charge $3.00 for each notary act.
